THE MANIFESTO

10,000 YEARS OF SPOONS. ONE BOTTLE TO END THEM.

Watch how an ancient nut from Sicily became a precision squeeze weapon. Warning: may cause jar abandonment.

The long version

The jar had a good run. It's over.

For roughly 10,000 years, humanity accepted that nut cream comes in a jar and leaves via a spoon — a spoon you'd then lose, lick, or leave in the sink for a housemate to deal with. DRIP ends that era.

Why squeeze changes everything

A jar gives you a scoop. A squeeze bottle gives you control. Zigzag it over pancakes. Dot it on a waffle grid like you mean it. Draw a perfect green spiral on gelato that makes the table go quiet. No knife, no spoon, no sticky lid ring, no crime scene in the kitchen.

One ingredient. Seriously.

Most "pistachio spreads" are sugar and palm oil with a pistachio photo on the label. DRIP is 100% pistachios — stone-ground into a cream with 25g of protein per 100g (3.5 oz), zero added sugar, zero palm oil. Non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free. The cleanest label in the category, because the category's bar is underground.

Two sizes, zero excuses

250g (8.8 oz) — the "I'm curious" bottle. 500g (17.6 oz) — the "I know exactly who I am" bottle. Both designed in Italy, both squeezable to the last drop.

Radical honesty corner

This is a pre-order. The product is real in every way except the part where it physically exists. Fund batch one, or don't and keep eating beige spreads. Either way, the spoon loses.

Ingredients

100% roasted pistachios. That's the entire list. We checked twice.

The legal part

Allergens

Contains tree nuts (pistachios). May contain traces of other tree nuts. If you're allergic to pistachios, this product is a hard no. A beautiful, delicious, hard no.

Serving size (FDA-style)

2 tbsp (32g / 1.1 oz). About 8 servings per 250g (8.8 oz) bottle, 16 per 500g (17.6 oz). Realistically: 3 servings, because you'll eat it straight from the nozzle.

Current renders follow EU label rules. The US run will be 100% FDA-compliant — every unit in ounces and grams, every allergen declared. Probably. Our lawyer says we can't write 'probably'. We're writing it anyway.

Designed in Italy — not 'Made in Italy'. The final country of production and pistachio origin will be on the definitive label. Any 'Made in Italy' text on renders, mock-ups or videos is placeholder art on a non-final package design, not a product claim.

Food rule, no exceptions: once the bottle seal is broken, the right of withdrawal ends and opened bottles cannot be refunded (Art. 59 D.Lgs. 206/2005 — hygiene). Damaged or defective products are always replaced or refunded in full — that's the law, and also common sense.

Bundles

Stack the squeeze

One bottle lasts about four days. We've done the math so you don't have to lie to yourself.

Most people grab four. One bottle is just a tease.

Questions you're right to ask

Correct. You're pre-ordering batch one. The recipe is locked, the factory is quoted, the money decides if it happens. If it doesn't, you're refunded in full.

The people have spoken.

We handed out jars of Batch 000 to friends, family and one extremely skeptical nonna. No money changed hands. Only jars. Here's what came back.
