2. Preorder dispatch
Preorders are dispatched once the first batch is produced — currently estimated a few months after the preorder window closes. You will be emailed when your parcel ships, with tracking. If the batch is never produced, every order is refunded in full.
3. Customs and duties
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices.
4. Returns and the 14-day withdrawal right
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch, or within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email hello@squeezedrip.com with your order number.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
- Standard delivery costs are refunded; return shipping is at your expense.
- For hygiene reasons, sealed food products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.
5. Damaged, wrong or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping required. If tracking shows no movement for 15 working days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
6. Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody collected it, we refund the order minus the shipping cost already incurred, or reship at your expense.
