1. Who you are buying from
These terms govern all orders placed on this website with DRIP (trading name — company registration pending), Italy — full registered address to be published at incorporation. Contact: hello@squeezedrip.com.
By placing an order you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. They apply to consumers within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. Preorder nature of the product
Every order placed today is a preorder. The product has not yet been produced. Payment is taken at the time of order and is used to finance the first production batch.
Estimated dispatch is a few months after the preorder window closes. Estimated dates are indicative, not contractual delivery dates. If the first batch is not produced, every preorder is refunded in full, including any shipping paid.
3. Products and information
DRIP is a pistachio protein cream sold in 250g and 500g squeeze bottles. Images, renders and mock-ups are illustrative. Final packaging, recipe details and nutritional values will be confirmed before dispatch, and the mandatory food information required by Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 — including the ingredient list and allergens — will be provided on the label and on this website before shipping.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable.
- Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.
- Customs duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are payable by the customer.
- Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store card details.
The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. If a pricing error is obvious, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you (or a third party you designate) take physical possession of the goods; for preorders paid in advance, you may also withdraw at any time before dispatch.
To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to hello@squeezedrip.com. We reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method you used.
Exception required by law: sealed food goods are not returnable once unsealed after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene (Art. 59 D.Lgs. 206/2005).
6. Legal guarantee
Goods must conform to the contract. Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
7. Liability
We are liable for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence and for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including product liability and personal injury. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
8. Marketing tone
Our copy is deliberately irreverent. Claims such as endorsements by fictional entities are obvious satire and are not statements of fact. Factual claims about protein content, origin and ingredients are serious and will match the final label.
9. Governing law and disputes
Italian law applies, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers may also bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
